Linux bugs (VT100 mode, /media/$USER/BUS_PIRATE5 issues)

Ok. Reviewed and merged PR # 109. Hopefully this can resolve the most common corruption issues.

Folks, if you’ve hit this issue in any somewhat reliable way, please try out the firmware from:

@phdussud pushed an additional fix addressing storage issues, feedback appreciated.

I build the latest from source, and as I mentioned in the other thread I was unable to connect to the BP with the terminal interface.
The version above does not have this problem.

Let me check it out further.

Using the version @henrygab uploaded :

Bus Pirate 6
Firmware main branch @ 9c0bfa4 (2024-10-01T21:28:57Z)

So far it fixed two problems I faced.:

  1. When I type $, the boot partition is auto-mounted.
  2. As soon as I connect via the UART, the file system is remounted read-only. When I disconnect, it remounts read-write.

The current version built using git however - does not respond to my UART connection for both the BP5 and BP6.
