Hi,
received my BP5 last week.
On fist power up the display did not work.
Checked the firmware, ensured using correct version to match board.
Finally arrived at the display being the issue. VERY Slowly prised the display from the very sticky pad using my plastic spudger.
Looking at the soldered joint it appeared there was a solder bridge between pins 11 and 12. Using a solder wick, cleaned up the joints.
Image shows the solder bridge. Easy fix
Works a treat now…
