Here’s a build with increased XOSC startup delay multiplier. Matt Mets suggested this on twitter, he evidently had something similar.

Excellent! So glad to have a (hopefully) fix. Evidently the PICO SDK has a really short default timeout for the crystal to stabilize. Matt ran into the same issue, and the answer was increasing the delay. Why the difference between Windows compiles and Linux compiles? That’s still a mystery.
