no worries I would not demean or be a rude person on a forum where I haven’t received anything but help when testing functionality on the product I use. I joke alot, and my english is terrible, my sarcasm sucks, and i am too old to learn new tricks. ![]()
@ian it’s done, the owner finally came to his senses! Took a while, huh? Now the project is called: esp32 bit pirate

Another thing
ESP32 Bit Pirate Dock - Hackster.io ESP32 Bit Pirate Dock - Hackster.io
They did a change, I’m happy with it. Waiting on those who know to confirm.
They are trying: GitHub - geo-tp/ESP32-Bit-Pirate: A Hardware Hacking Tool with Web-Based CLI That Speaks Every Protocol · GitHub
But at m5burner it is still found as ‘esp32 bus pirate’, I think it will take some time until it is everywhere changed.
If this thing is successful, it could increase sales of the planks hehe
Another article about Bit Pirate. I notice a screenshot about halfway through with bubble banner text displaying “Bus pirate”.
Not sure if that’s an old screenshot, or if the dev missed it.
Edit, forgot to add link to article. D’oh!
