Manually hold MOSI output pin high in SPI mode

I’m at 62.5kHz baud, not 62.5MHz. Also using BP6, not 2040.

I don’t see how it’s realistic to expect to handle complicated responses on the fly. There simply isn’t the horsepower available, and that’s fine.

I think we’re on the right track. Just very basic building blocks are needed that can be strung together as the user sees fit. Don’t need to get overcomplicated. By that, I mean: the transmit data will be a predetermined phrase that’s loaded to the output buffer before the transfer even starts, and the received data held in a buffer that can be dumped and analyzed after the transfer is over.
