My Brain Needs a Small Kick

Okay, I haven’t needed to use the BP for a few months, and suddenly I need it like right now. I have three of them kicking around, BP5, BP6 (first batch) and a real BP6, and of course, I never got around to labeling them. I can only find two, but I have been able to identify the BP5 version, despite having MicroPython loaded rather than BP firmware.

Instead of building myself as normal, I decided to be quick and download the latest automated build zip file. And now I forget, what to the versions mean Rev 10 and XL? How do I know which one I have? Rev 10 seems familiar from earlier builds I did.

EDIT: Took a chance, loaded Rev 10, it seems to work. I’m run with this until I hear otherwise.

The PCBs are marked, but aside from that there isn’t really a way to tell from the outside.

Resent versions of the firmware have a splash screen showing the version, and when you just to bootloader for update $ command it will tell you which firmware file to load.
