Woah! What a security hole!
I imagine the glitching command in uart mode could be customized to do something similar. If it was just about getting the random slaps of the table to jiggle wires, but in a more systematic fashion.

Great write-up, and includes some interesting combinations for the exploit chain.
What I really appreciated, is that after reporting the country’s cybersecurity service:
“One week later it was no longer possible to obtain remote code execution via the MEO WiFi network interface .”
